Ingredients

For the Base:

Step By Step Recipe

Step 1: Prepare the Cauliflower

  • Wash the cauliflower florets thoroughly.
  • Blanch them in boiling salted water for 3-4 minutes to remove any impurities. Drain and set aside.

  • Heat 2 tbsp oil in a large pan or kadhai.
  • Lightly saut the cauliflower florets until golden. Remove and set aside.

Step 3: Prepare the Masala Base

  • In the same pan, add 1 tbsp oil and heat it.
  • Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
  • Add chopped onions and saut until golden brown.
  • Stir in ginger, garlic, and green chilies. Cook until fragrant.
