- 1 green chili (finely chopped)
- 1 tsp ginger paste
- tsp cumin powder
- tsp garam masala
- tsp chaat masala
- tsp red chili powder
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp cornflour (for binding)
- Oil for shallow frying

Step 1: Prepare the Mixture
- In a mixing bowl, combine grated beetroot, paneer, and mashed potato. Add breadcrumbs, green chili, ginger paste, cumin powder, garam masala, chaat masala, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
