- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder

- Samak Rice (Barnyard Millet Pulao):
- 1 cup samak rice (barnyard millet)
- 2 cups water
- 1 tbsp ghee
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 2 green chilies (chopped)
- 1 tsp ginger (grated)
- Rock salt to taste
- Fresh coriander for garnish
- Sabudana Khichdi (Sago/Tapioca Khichdi):
- 1 cup sabudana (tapioca pearls)
- 2 tbsp ghee
- 1 tsp cumin seeds

- Handful of peanuts (roasted and coarsely crushed)

Step by Step Recipe:
1. Kuttu Ki Puri (Buckwheat Flour Puri):
- Mix buckwheat flour, mashed potatoes, cumin powder, rock salt, and water to form a smooth dough.
- Heat oil or ghee in a deep pan.
- Roll the dough into small puris and fry until golden and crispy.
- Drain on paper towels and set aside.
2. Aloo Sabzi (Potato Curry):
- Heat ghee in a pan and add cumin seeds.
- Once they splutter, add green chilies and grated ginger.
- Toss in the boiled, cubed potatoes and add coriander powder, cumin powder, and rock salt.
- Saut for a few minutes until everything is well-coated.
