How to make Peri Peri Masala Idli at home.

Prepare Idlis, Steam idlis and let them cool, then cut into bite-sized pieces.

Make Peri Peri Masala, Mix paprika, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, oregano, and salt.

Heat Oil, In a pan, heat some oil.

Toss Idlis, Add the idli pieces to the pan and toss until they start to crisp slightly.

Add Masala, Sprinkle the peri peri masala over the idlis and toss well to coat evenly.

Cook Briefly, Continue cooking for another 2-3 minutes until the idlis are well-coated and crispy.

Serve, Garnish with chopped coriander and serve hot.
