Prepare Ingredients, Cut paneer into cubes and chop green vegetables.
Blend Greens, Blend the greens with green chilies, ginger, and garlic to make a smooth paste.
Heat Oil, In a pan, heat oil and add cumin seeds, let them splutter.
Cook Paste, Add the green paste to the pan and sauté until the raw smell disappears.
Add Paneer, Add paneer cubes and mix well with the paste.
Simmer, Add salt, pepper, and a splash of water if needed. Cook for 5-7 minutes until paneer is well coated and cooked.
Garnish, with fresh coriander and serve hot.
