Rinse and soak sabudana in water for 4-6 hours or overnight, then drain excess water.

Mix soaked sabudana with grated potato, onions, tomatoes, green chili, coriander, and spices in a large bowl.

Heat a non-stick skillet with a little oil or ghee over medium heat.

Pour the mixture onto the skillet, spread into a pancake shape, and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.

Serve hot with yogurt, chutney, or a side of pickle.
