Whisk the Hung Curd, take 500 g of hung curd and whisk it until smooth and creamy, removing any lumps.
Add Sugar, gradually mix in 1/2 cup of powdered sugar. adjust the sweetness as per your taste, and whisk again until the sugar dissolves completely.
Add Flavors, mix in the cardamom powder and the saffron milk. Stir well to combine the flavors evenly.
Chill the Shrikhand, refrigerate the shrikhand for at least an hour to allow the flavors to blend and to thicken it slightly.
Garnish, with chopped nuts and serve the chilled shrikhand as a dessert or with hot puris.
