How to make protein rich chili tofu in under 10 minutes.

Prep Tofu, pat dry the tofu cubes and lightly toss them in a bit of salt and pepper.

Stir Fry Tofu, heat 1 tbsp of olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add tofu and stir-fry until golden and crispy on all sides around 3-4 minutes.

Saute Veggies, in the same pan, add minced garlic, ginger, onions, and bell pepper. Stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until fragrant and slightly tender.

Add Sauces, pour in the soy sauce and chili sauce, mixing well to coat the tofu and veggies.

Serve, cook for another 1-2 minutes, garnish with green onions or sesame seeds, and serve hot.
