Prepare Ingredients, gather 500g minced meat , 2 tablespoons roasted chana dal powder, 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste, 1 chopped onion, and spices like garam masala, black pepper, cumin, cloves, and cardamom.
Marinate Meat, mix the minced meat with ginger-garlic paste, spices, and salt. Marinate for 1-2 hours to let the flavors meld.
Grind Mixture, grind the marinated meat into a smooth paste using a food processor for a tender texture.
Add Aromatics, stir in finely chopped onions and green chilies. Optionally, add a pinch of saffron.
Shape Kebabs, form the mixture into thin round patties using wet hands.
Cook Kebabs, heat ghee or oil in a pan. Cook the kebabs for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
Flip Carefully, flip the kebabs gently to cook evenly on both sides, aiming for a crispy exterior and soft interior.
