Here’s a simple recipe for making garlic paneer.

In a large skillet or pan, heat the oil over medium heat.
Add the minced garlic to the hot oil and sauté until golden brown and fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
Add chopped onions (and green chili if using) to the pan and sauté until translucent and golden.
Add chopped bell pepper and tomato, and cook until softened.
Stir in the spices and mix well with the onions and garlic.
Gently add the cubed paneer to the pan, stirring carefully to coat the paneer with the spices and garlic mixture.
Add soy sauce and lemon juice, mix gently, and cook for 2-3 minutes to blend the flavors.
Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Garnish with chopped coriander and serve hot with naan, roti, or as an appetizer.
