How to Make Crispy Mushroom Pakoras at Home in 8 Steps.

Prepare the Mushrooms, Clean and slice 200g of mushrooms into thin pieces.
Make the Batter, In a bowl, mix 1 cup gram flour besan, 1/4 tsp turmeric, 1/2 tsp chili powder, 1/2 tsp garam masala, and salt to taste. Add water gradually to make a thick batter.
Add Spices, Mix in finely chopped green chilies, ginger, and coriander leaves into the batter for extra flavor.
Coat the Mushrooms, Dip the mushroom slices into the batter, ensuring they are fully coated.
Heat the Oil, In a deep frying pan, heat oil over medium flame.
Fry the Pakoras, Carefully drop the batter-coated mushrooms into the hot oil.
Cook Until Golden, Fry until the pakoras are crispy and golden brown on all sides.
Drain and Serve, Remove the pakoras from the oil and place them on paper towels to drain excess oil. Serve hot with chutney or sauce.
