Here's an easy 5 step recipe to make No Sugar Dates Oats Laddoo at home.

Dry Roast the Oats, in a pan, dry roast the oats on medium heat for 3–4 minutes until slightly golden and fragrant. set aside to cool.
Roast the Nuts, in the same pan, dry roast the almonds for 2–3 minutes. let them cool, then roughly chop.
Blend the Dates, in a blender or food processor, blend the pitted dates into a coarse paste. you can add a little water if needed to help blend.
Mix Ingredients, in a bowl, combine the roasted oats, chopped nuts, date paste, desiccated coconut, cardamom powder, and ghee. mix well until everything is combined.
Shape the Laddoos, take small portions of the mixture and roll them into bite-sized laddoos. press firmly to ensure they hold shape.
