How to make mango ice cream at home in 8 simple steps.

Prepare Mango Puree, peel and chop ripe mangoes, then blend them into a smooth puree. Set aside.

Whip the Cream, in a bowl, whisk the fresh cream using a hand mixer or whisk until it forms soft peaks.

Add Condensed Milk, gradually fold the condensed milk into the whipped cream, mixing gently until fully combined.

Incorporate Mango Puree, add the mango puree to the cream and condensed milk mixture. Stir until the mango is evenly distributed.

Add Vanilla and Salt, add a pinch of salt and vanilla extract for enhanced flavor, and mix well.

Freeze the Mixture, pour the mixture into an airtight container, smoothing the top with a spatula.

Initial Freeze, cover the container and freeze the ice cream for about 2-3 hours until it begins to harden.

Final Freeze, after 2-3 hours, stir the ice cream to break up ice crystals, then freeze again for at least 6-8 hours until fully set. Serve and enjoy.
