Here's a simple recipe for Frozen Yogurt Granola Cups.

In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with honey and vanilla extract until well combined.

Line a muffin tin with liners or molds and add a tablespoon of yogurt mixture to each cup.

Sprinkle a small amount of granola on top of the yogurt in each cup, pressing it down gently.

Add a few pieces of fresh fruit or berries on top of the granola.

Place the muffin tin in the freezer and freeze for at least 2 hours or until the yogurt is fully frozen.

Once frozen, pop the cups out of the tin and enjoy right away or store in an airtight container in the freezer.
