Prepare Rice Flour, Dry roast the rice flour in a pan on low heat until it turns light golden and aromatic. Set aside to cool.
Melt Jaggery, In a separate pan, add the grated jaggery and a little water. Cook on low heat until the jaggery melts and forms a syrup. Strain to remove any impurities.
Mix Ingredients, combine the roasted rice flour, grated coconut, and chopped nuts in a large mixing bowl.
Add Jaggery Syrup, Pour the warm jaggery syrup into the mixture and mix well until everything is combined.
Add Ghee and Cardamom, Heat the ghee and add it to the mixture along with the cardamom powder and a pinch of salt. Mix thoroughly.
Form Laddus, While the mixture is still warm, take small portions and shape them into round laddus using your hands.
Garnish, each laddu with a few extra chopped nuts or a dusting of grated coconut for an added touch of flavor and presentation.
