Prepare the Sweet Potatoes, boil 2-3 sweet potatoes until soft, then peel and mash them in a bowl.
Mix Ingredients, add sendha namak, 2 chopped green chilies, 1 teaspoon cumin powder, 1 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves, and a pinch of black pepper to the mashed sweet potatoes.
Form Cutlets, take small portions of the mixture, roll them into balls, and flatten them into cutlets.
Coat the Cutlets, lightly coat the cutlets with kuttu ka atta or amaranth flour to ensure crispiness.
Shallow Fry, heat ghee in a pan and shallow fry the cutlets on medium heat until golden brown and crispy on both sides. serve hot with vrat-friendly chutney.
