Boil Potatoes, Peel and cube potatoes, then boil until just tender.

Prepare Sauce, Mix gochujang , soy sauce, minced garlic, and honey in a bowl.

Fry Potatoes, In a pan, heat oil and fry the boiled potatoes until golden and crispy.

Add Sauce, Pour the prepared sauce over the fried potatoes.

Stir-Fry: Toss the potatoes in the sauce until evenly coated.

Cook, Let the potatoes cook for a few minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken and coat the potatoes well.

Garnish, Sprinkle sesame seeds and chopped green onions over the potatoes.

Serve, Enjoy the potatoes hot as a side dish or snack.
