How to Make Kashmiri Kahwa in 5 Steps.

Boil Water and Spices, bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Add 4-5 cardamom pods, 1-2 cinnamon sticks, and a few saffron strands. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Add Tea Leaves, add 1-2 tablespoons of Kashmiri or green tea leaves. Steep for 3-4 minutes, adjusting the strength to your preference.
Sweeten the Kahwa, stir in 1-2 tablespoons of honey or sugar to taste. Mix until fully dissolved.
Add Almonds and Rose Water, add a handful of slivered almonds and a few drops of rose water. Simmer for 2 minutes.
Strain and Serve, strain the Kahwa into cups, garnish with extra almonds, and serve hot. Enjoy the fragrant, soothing tea.
