Soak the almonds, overnight or for at least 6-8 hours. Peel the skin off the soaked almonds.

Blend Almonds, In a blender, add the peeled almonds and a little milk. Blend until you get a smooth almond paste.

Boil Milk, In a pan, heat the remaining milk on medium flame. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.

Add Almond Paste, Once the milk starts boiling, add the almond paste to it. Stir well to ensure there are no lumps.

Sweeten, Add sugar and mix until it dissolves completely. You can adjust the sugar as per taste.

Flavoring, Add cardamom powder and saffron strands to the milk and stir well for enhanced flavor.

Cool Down, Let the mixture simmer for another 5 minutes. Then, remove from heat and allow it to cool.

Serve, Once cooled, refrigerate for 1-2 hours. Serve the Badam Shake chilled with a few ice cubes if desired, and garnish with chopped almonds or saffron strands.
