Gather Ingredients, you’ll need 1 1/2 cups flour, 1/2 cup sugar, 1/4 cup melted butter, 1/2 cup milk, 1 egg, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, diced apples, and a crumble mix of flour, brown sugar, and butter.

Preheat Oven, preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.

Make Muffin Batter, mix dry ingredients in one bowl, and wet ingredients in another. Combine them, and fold in the diced apples.

Prepare Crumble Topping, mix flour, brown sugar, and cinnamon, then cut in cold butter until crumbly.

Fill Muffin Tin, spoon the batter into the muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full.

Add Crumble Topping, sprinkle the crumble topping over each muffin.

Bake the Muffins, bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden and cooked through.

Cool and Serve, let the muffins cool, then enjoy them warm or at room temperature.
