How to Make Oats Chilla at Home in 8 Steps.

Prepare Ingredients, Take 1 cup of oats and grind them into a fine powder.
Mix Flour, In a bowl, mix the oat flour with 1/2 cup of besan.
Add Vegetables, Finely chop onions, tomatoes, green chilies, and coriander leaves, then add them to the flour mixture.
Season, Add salt, turmeric, red chili powder, and a pinch of cumin seeds.
Make Batter, Gradually add water to the mixture, stirring to create a smooth, lump-free batter.
Heat Pan, Heat a non-stick pan and lightly grease it with oil.
Cook Chilla, Pour a ladle of batter onto the pan and spread it evenly in a circular shape. Cook on medium heat until both sides are golden brown.
Serve, hot with chutney or yogurt.
