Prepare Beetroot Puree, Cook and blend beetroot into a smooth puree.
Mix Dry Ingredients, Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and a pinch of salt.

Combine Mixtures, Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
Add Milk, Pour in a little milk to achieve a smooth batter consistency.
Pour Batter, Fill cupcake liners with the batter, about 3/4 full.
Bake, Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and bake for 20-25 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
Cool and Serve, Let the cupcakes cool before serving or frosting as desired. Enjoy your beetroot cupcakes.
