Marinate the Chicken, Mix yogurt, cream, ginger-garlic paste, green chili paste, lemon juice, and spices to marinate chicken pieces for 2-3 hours.
Prepare the Base, Blend soaked cashews and almonds with water to make a smooth paste.
Cook the Chicken, Heat oil in a pan, add marinated chicken, and cook until lightly browned.
Make the Gravy, In the same pan, add butter, chopped onions, and sauté until golden brown. Add the nut paste and cook for a few minutes.
Combine Chicken and Gravy, Add the cooked chicken to the pan and mix well with the gravy.
Add Cream and Simmer, Pour in fresh cream and simmer the mixture for another 10-15 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked and the gravy thickens.
Garnish and Serve, Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with naan or rice.
