Prepare the Dough, Mix whole wheat flour with water and a pinch of salt to form a soft dough. Let it rest for 15-20 minutes.
Make the Filling, Combine sattu with chopped onions, green chilies, coriander leaves, ajwain , lemon juice, mustard oil, salt, and water to form a moist filling.
Divide the dough, into small balls.
Stuff the Paratha, Roll out each ball into a small circle, place the sattu filling in the center, and seal the edges to enclose the filling.
Roll Out Parathas:,Gently roll out the stuffed dough balls into flat parathas.
Cook the Parathas, Heat a tawa or skillet and cook the parathas on both sides, applying ghee or oil, until golden brown.
Serve, hot with curd, pickle, or any chutney of your choice.
