How to Make Oats and Ragi Energy Bar.

Roast Ingredients, Dry roast oats and ragi flour separately until fragrant.

Mix Dry Ingredients, Combine roasted oats, ragi flour, chopped nuts, and seeds in a bowl.

Prepare Syrup, In a pan, heat honey or jaggery syrup with a little ghee until it thickens.

Combine, Pour the syrup over the dry mixture, mix well until fully combined.

Shape, Transfer the mixture into a greased tray, press down firmly to flatten.

Set, Allow it to cool and set in the refrigerator for a few hours.

Cut and Serve,Once set, cut into bars and enjoy your homemade energy bars.
