Prepare Dal Filling, In another bowl, mix cooked moong dal with cumin seeds, garam masala, red chili powder, coriander leaves, and salt. Mash it slightly to make a smooth filling.

Divide Dough & Filling, Divide the dough into equal-sized balls and do the same for the dal filling.
Stuff the Paratha, Roll out a dough ball slightly, place the dal filling in the center, and seal it by bringing the edges together. Press down to form a ball.
Roll the Paratha, Gently roll the stuffed ball into a flat paratha using a rolling pin, ensuring the filling stays intact.
Cook on Tawa, Heat a tawa or griddle, and place the rolled paratha on it. Cook on both sides until golden brown, brushing with ghee or oil.
Serve, hot with yogurt, pickle, or chutney for an authentic Sindhi meal.
