Boil the Eggs, boil 4-6 eggs for 8-10 minutes, peel, and cut them in halves.

Prepare the Batter, in a bowl, mix 1 cup of gram flour, 1 tsp red chili powder, 1 tsp turmeric, 1 tsp garam masala, 1 tsp cumin seeds, salt, and some chopped curry leaves. add water slowly to create a thick batter.

Dip the Eggs, coat each boiled egg half in the batter evenly.

Heat Oil, in a deep pan, heat oil on medium flame for frying.

Fry the Eggs, gently drop the batter-coated eggs into the hot oil and fry until golden brown and crispy on all sides.

Serve, drain on paper towels and serve hot with chutney or sauce. Enjoy your South Indian-style egg pakora.
