Boil the Kala Chana, soak the kala chana overnight, then boil them in water until tender.
Prepare the Vegetables, while the chana is boiling, finely chop the onions, tomatoes, cucumber, green chili, and coriander leaves.
Mix Everything Together, in a bowl, combine the boiled kala chana with the chopped vegetables. mix well.
Add the Spices, sprinkle salt, chaat masala, cumin powder, and red chili powder over the chaat. adjust seasoning to taste.
Final Touches, squeeze fresh lemon juice and garnish with coriander leaves. serve fresh.
