Here's a simple recipe for making delicious ragi brownies.

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan or line it with parchment paper.

In a bowl, whisk together ragi flour, all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

Mix the wet ingredients into the dry, stirring until combined, then fold in chocolate chips or nuts if desired.

In another bowl, mix the melted butter or coconut oil, milk, honey or maple syrup, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.

Pour the batter into the pan, bake for 20-25 minutes, and check with a toothpick until it comes out mostly clean.

Cool the brownies in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before cutting into squares.
