Cook the Rice, Prepare rice until it's fluffy and let it cool slightly.

Prepare Podi, Roast lentils, dried red chilies, curry leaves, and sesame seeds. Grind them into a coarse powder.

Heat Ghee, In a pan, melt ghee and add mustard seeds, urad dal, and curry leaves. Let them splutter.

Mix Podi and Rice, Add the prepared podi to the ghee mixture, then mix in the cooked rice.

Serve, Combine well, adjust salt, and serve hot.
