1. Aloo Tamatar Ki Sabzi
Ingredients:
- Potatoes: 4 medium, boiled and cubed
- Tomatoes: 3 large, chopped
- Ginger Paste: 1 teaspoon
- Green Chilies: 2, slit
- Cumin Seeds: 1 teaspoon
- Turmeric Powder: 1/2 teaspoon
- Red Chili Powder:1 teaspoonCoriander Powder: 1 teaspoon
- Ghee: 2 tablespoons
- Salt:To taste
- Fresh Coriander: Chopped, for garnish

- Heat Ghee:In a pan, heat ghee and add cumin seeds. Let them splutter.
- Add Ginger and Chilies: Add ginger paste and green chilies, saut for a minute.
- Add Tomatoes: Add chopped tomatoes and cook until soft and oil separates.
- Add Spices: Add turmeric, red chili powder, and coriander powder. Mix well.
- Add Potatoes:Add cubed potatoes and salt. Mix and cook for 5-7 minutes

2. Jeera Rice
Ingredients:
- Basmati Rice: 1 cup, soaked for 30 minutes
- Cumin Seeds: 1 teaspoon
- Ghee:1 tablespoon
- Salt:To taste
- Water:2 cups

- Add Rice: Drain the soaked rice and add to the pan. Saut for 2 minutes.
- Add Water and Salt: Add water and salt. Bring to a boil.

- Fluff Rice: Fluff with a fork and serve.
3. Kuttu Ki Puri
Ingredients:
- Buckwheat Flour (Kuttu Ka Atta): 1 cup
- Boiled Potatoes: 2, mashed
- Sendha Namak (Rock Salt): To taste
- Cumin Seeds: 1 teaspoon
- Green Chilies: 2, finely chopped
- Water: As needed
- Ghee or Oil: For frying
