Ingredients:
- 250g paneer (cottage cheese), cubed
- 2 tablespoons ghee or oil
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1-inch piece ginger, grated
- 2 tomatoes, pureed
- 1/4 cup cashew nuts, soaked in warm water
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
- 1/4 teaspoon red chili powder
- Salt to taste
- Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
- Prepare the Cashew Paste:

2. Cook the Paneer:
- Heat 1 tablespoon of ghee or oil in a pan.

- Add the saut ed paneer cubes and simmer for 5-7 minutes, allowing the paneer to absorb the flavors.
