Dahi Puri is a popular Indian street food snack known for its burst of flavors and textures. Here's a simple recipe:

1.Ingredients:

- 24-30 puris

- 1 cup boiled and mashed potatoes

- 1/2 cup boiled chickpeas (optional)

- 1/2 cup chopped onions

- 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes

- 1/2 cup chopped cucumber

- 1/2 cup sweet tamarind chutney

- 1/2 cup green chutney (coriander-mint chutney)

- 2 cups thick yogurt (curd), beaten

- 1 teaspoon chaat masala

- 1 teaspoon roasted cumin powder

- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder (optional)

- Salt to taste

- Sev for garnish

- Chopped fresh coriander leaves for garnish

2.Instructions:

Step1-Prepare the Fillings

- In a bowl, mix together boiled and mashed potatoes, boiled chickpeas (if using), chopped onions, chopped tomatoes, and chopped cucumber. Season with salt and mix well.

Step2-Assemble Dahi Puri

- Gently make a small hole in the center of each puri without breaking it completely.

- Stuff each puri with a spoonful of the prepared potato mixture.

Step3-Add Yogurt and Chutneys

- Place the stuffed puris on a serving plate.

- Pour beaten yogurt over each puri, filling them generously.

- Drizzle sweet tamarind chutney and green chutney over each puri according to taste.

Step4-Season and Garnish

- Sprinkle chaat masala, roasted cumin powder, and red chili powder (if using) evenly over the puris.

- Garnish with sev and chopped fresh coriander leaves.

Step5-Serve
