Ingredients:
- 4 large ripe tomatoes
- 1 cup boiled chickpeas (chana)
- 1 small onion, finely chopped

- 1/4 cup finely chopped coriander leaves (cilantro)
- 1/4 cup tamarind chutney
- 1/4 cup mint-coriander chutney (optional, for added flavor)
- 1/2 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
- 1/2 teaspoon chaat masala
- Salt to taste
- Sev (crunchy chickpea noodles) for garnish
- Fresh pomegranate seeds for garnish (optional)
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Instructions:
