1. Ingredients

For the Dahi Filling:

- 1 cup plain yogurt (dahi)

- 1 tablespoon fresh coriander leaves, chopped

- 1 tablespoon fresh mint leaves, chopped (optional)

- 1 small cucumber, finely chopped

- 1 small tomato, finely chopped

- 1 small onion, finely chopped

- 1 green chili, finely chopped (adjust to taste)

- 1/2 teaspoon roasted cumin powder

- 1/2 teaspoon chaat masala

- Salt to taste

2. Instructions

Step 1- Prepare the Dahi Filling:

- In a mixing bowl, combine the yogurt, coriander leaves, mint leaves (if using), cucumber, tomato, onion, green chili, roasted cumin powder, chaat masala, and salt.

- Mix well to combine all the ingredients. Adjust seasoning according to your taste. Set aside.

Step 2- Prepare the Tadka (Tempering):

- Heat oil in a small pan over medium heat.
