Prepare Ingredients, get 2 cups wheat flour, 2 boiled mashed potatoes, 1 cup chopped spinach, 1 tsp cumin seeds, 1 tsp garam masala, and salt.

Make the Dough, mix flour, spinach, cumin, and salt. Add water to knead a soft dough. Let it rest for 15 minutes.

Make the Aloo Filling, mix mashed potatoes with garam masala, cumin seeds, salt, and red chili powder.

Divide the dough, and filling into small balls.

Stuff the Parathas, flatten a dough ball, place the filling in the center, and fold to seal.

Roll the Parathas, gently roll the stuffed dough into a flat circle.

Cook the Parathas, heat a pan and cook the paratha with some oil or ghee until golden on both sides.

Serve hot, with yogurt, chutney, or pickle. Enjoy.
