Boil soya chunks in salted water for 5–7 minutes. drain and squeeze out the water completely.
In a bowl, mix yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt. add soya and coat well. rest for 20–30 mins.
Heat Oil, in a pan on a medium flame.
Cook the Soya, add marinated soya chunks to the pan, and cook until golden and slightly crispy.
Garnish, squeeze some lemon juice, and sprinkle chopped coriander for freshness.
Serve Hot, your tasty mock chicken with mint chutney or as a wrap/starter.
