Roast Suji, dry roast suji until golden, set aside.

Tempering, heat oil, add mustard seeds, dals, chilies, ginger, curry leaves, and cashews.

Saute Veggies, add onions, carrots, peas; cook for 2-3 mins.

Boil Water, add 2 cups water, salt, and bring to a boil.

Add Suji, slowly mix in suji, stir well, cook until fluffy.

Finish Touch, add lemon juice, coriander, mix, and serve hot.

Serve Hot, enjoy your soft, flavorful suji upma with coconut chutney or a cup of tea.
