Toast sesame seeds, dry roast sesame seeds on medium flame until golden and aromatic, then let them cool.

Prepare jaggery syrup, cook jaggery with water on low flame until it reaches the hard ball stage, add ghee for a glossy texture.

Mix sesame seeds, turn off the heat and mix roasted sesame seeds into the syrup quickly for even coating.

Shape the rewari, grease your hands and shape the warm mixture into small discs or drop spoonfuls onto a greased surface.

Cool and store, let the rewari cool completely, then store in an airtight container to keep them fresh.
