Prepare the Filling, heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, and sauté mixed vegetables with mashed potato. Add turmeric, chili powder, chaat masala, and salt. Cook for 5 minutes.

Warm the Chapatis, lightly heat the chapatis or parathas on a flat pan until soft.

Assemble the Roll, spread ketchup or green chutney on each chapati.

Add Filling, place a portion of the cooked vegetable filling in the center of the chapati.

Roll and Serve, fold both sides of the chapati over the filling, roll it up tightly, and serve.
