Prepare Moong Dal, soak 1 cup of moong dal in water for 30 minutes. drain and pat dry with a clean cloth.

Heat the Pan, heat a non-stick pan or skillet on medium heat.

Roast the Dal, add the moong dal to the pan and roast it dry. Stir continuously to ensure even roasting.

Season the Snack, once golden and crispy, remove from heat. add spices like salt, pepper, chili powder, or chaat masala, and toss well.

Cool and Store, let it cool completely before storing it in an airtight container.
