Clean the squid, slice squid into rings and pat dry.

Mix coating, combine flour, cornstarch, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Prepare egg wash, beat eggs in a bowl.

Coat rings, dip squid in flour, then egg, and flour again.

Heat oil, heat a deep pan or skillet with enough oil to submerge the rings. the oil should reach around 180°C.

Fry, fry rings in batches for 2-3 minutes until golden.

Serve, serve hot with lemon and dipping sauce.
