Boil the soya chaap, boil soya chaap sticks in water for 5 minutes, drain, remove sticks, and cut into pieces.

Prepare the marinade, in a bowl, mix hung curd, fresh cream, cashew paste, ginger-garlic paste, black pepper, garam masala, chaat masala, salt, and lemon juice.

Marinate the chaap, coat the chaap pieces well in the marinade and let them rest for 30–60 minutes.

Heat Butter & saute chilies, in a pan, heat butter, add chopped green chilies, and saute for a few seconds.

Cook the marinated chaap, add the marinated chaap to the pan and cook on medium heat for 7–10 minutes until golden brown.

Add final touch, mix in fresh cream and kasuri methi, stir well, and cook for another 2 minutes.

Serve & enjoy, garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot with mint chutney, onion rings, and naan or roti.
