Soak & grind dal, soak masoor dal for 3-4 hours, then drain and blend it with a little water into a smooth batter.
Add spices & veggies, mix in turmeric, red chili powder, cumin, salt, green chilies, onions, and coriander.
Check consistency, the batter should be thick yet spreadable, add a little water if needed.
Heat the Pan, grease a non-stick pan with oil and heat it on medium flame.
Spread the Batter, pour a ladle of batter onto the pan and spread it like a dosa or pancake.
