Prepare the Boiled eggs, boil, peel, and slit eggs, lightly fry until golden.

Fry the Onions, fry sliced onions until golden, reserve half for garnish.

Add spice, saute cumin, bay leaves, and ginger-garlic paste, add dry spices.

Add tomato and yogurt, cook tomato puree until oil separates, then mix in yogurt.

Add cashew paste and cream, stir in cashew paste, cream, and water, simmer for 5-7 minutes.

Add eggs, add fried eggs to the gravy and simmer for 5 minutes.

Garnish and serve, garnish with fried onions and coriander, serve hot with naan or rice.
