Prepare the ingredients, gather coconut milk, sugar, flour, eggs, ghee, cardamom powder, and nutmeg.

Make the coconut mixture, heat coconut milk, sugar, and cardamom powder until sugar dissolves. cool it.

Prepare the batter, whisk eggs, mix with the coconut milk, and gradually add flour to make a smooth batter.

Layer the bebinca, grease a baking dish with ghee and preheat the oven to 180°C.pour a thin layer of batter into the dish and bake until golden.

Cool and serve, let it cool, slice, and serve. optionally garnish with nuts.
