How To Make Chana Dal Halwa at Home.

Soak and Grind Chana Dal, wash and soak chana dal for 3-4 hours. drain and grind it into a coarse paste without adding water.

Cook the Dal, heat ghee in a pan on medium heat. add the dal paste and cook, stirring continuously, until golden brown and aromatic.

Add Milk, gradually pour in milk and cook, stirring to avoid lumps, until the dal absorbs the milk and becomes soft.

Add Sugar, stir in sugar and continue cooking. the mixture will release moisture; cook until it thickens and leaves the sides of the pan.

Flavor the Halwa, add cardamom powder and mix well for a rich aroma.

Garnish and Serve, stir in chopped dry fruits and cook for another 2 minutes. serve hot, garnished with more dry fruits.
