Prepare the Walnuts, drain and rinse soaked walnuts thoroughly to achieve a creamy texture.
Blend the Base, blend walnuts, bananas, cocoa powder, plant-based milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt until smooth.
Adjust Consistency, add plant-based milk, one tablespoon at a time, if the mixture is too thick.
Chill the Pudding, pour into bowls, refrigerate for 30 minutes, and allow flavors to set.
Garnish and Serve, top with walnuts, vegan chocolate shavings, or berries, and enjoy chilled.
