Preheat & prepare, preheat the oven to 175°C and grease a loaf pan.

Mash bananas, in a bowl, mash ripe bananas until smooth.

Mix wet ingredients, add eggs, melted butter, vanilla, and sugar, then mix well.

Combine dry ingredients, in another bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and salt.

Make the batter, gradually mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients, adding milk if needed for moisture.

Bake, pour the batter into the loaf pan and bake for 50-60 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.

Cool & serve, let the bread cool before slicing for the best texture.
