Here’s a quick recipe to make a Paneer Wrap at home.

Marinate the Paneer, in a bowl, mix paneer with yogurt, red chili powder, turmeric, garam masala, and salt. let it marinate for 10-15 minutes.

Cook the Paneer, heat a little oil in a pan, add the marinated paneer, and cook for 5-7 minutes until the paneer is lightly browned and cooked through. remove from the pan and set aside.

Saute Vegetables, in the same pan, add a bit more oil and sauté sliced onions, bell pepper, and tomatoes until soft.

Assemble the Wrap, place a roti or tortilla on a flat surface. spread some green chutney or ketchup, add a portion of the cooked paneer and sauteed vegetables, and sprinkle fresh coriander.

Roll and Serve, the wrap tightly, slice in half if desired, and serve hot
